Our Story...
Blossoming Minds was founded in 2012 by Stephanie Edic and Jaclyn Cardinale.
Stephanie and Jaclyn hold Master Degrees in Education. They were previously two public school teachers who wanted to bring something unique and beneficial for the children in their community. They started with a half day program known as Blossoming Minds Preschool in 2012.
The strong foundation of the half day preschool program lead to the demand for a full day preschool program, where Blossoming Minds II was established in 2014. The full day program was known as Blossoming Minds Preschool II. These unique and high quality preschool programs led to the demand for a program available to infant and toddlers.
In November of 2016, Stephanie and Jackie had the exciting opportunity in establishing an infant and toddler program where we became Blossoming Minds Early Childhood Learning Center.
For the past 10 years, Stephanie and Jaclyn provided a center in Dutchess County, NY to serve the families located in Dutchess County and surrounding communities. They created the foundation that made for growth, lasting relationships, and memories to the children and families they served.
Their passion is to always provide a quality learning center where children can BLOSSOM to their full potential in an environment that parents feel is the one from the moment they visit. They wanted to bring this strong reputation they built over the last decade now to the families in Connecticut.
In March of 2021, they had the exciting opportunity of expanding Blossoming Minds into Southbury, Connecticut that is now open!
