Caroline Ruiz

Caroline is the Center Director at Blossoming Minds Southbury, CT location.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Business and is an approved CT Head Teacher and Educational Consultant by the Office of Early Childhood.  In addition, Caroline has owned her own day care center, has taught pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten in a private setting and was a previous director at a corporate childcare center.  

Caroline’s primary goal is to ensure that all children and families are treated with respect, dignity and are in a safe positive environment. She also believes that all children benefit from rich learning environments in homes, communities and early care and education settings such as our center.  

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, 5-year-old lab retriever Luna, going for walks, beach, movies and helping others.

Caroline is looking forward to meeting all the wonderful families in Southbury and surrounding areas and providing a great education and safe environment for all the children.
